16.2 You should consult a doctor before using any of our CBD products.

16.3 Any product purchased from WildandRust.co.uk or via an authorised re-seller of Wild & Rust products are for individual use only. Individuals who are found to be re-selling Wild & Rust products without the written consent may have legal proceedings brought against them.

16.4 CBD products may not be purchased by anyone under the age of 18.

17. Rewards

17.1 We offer a loyalty reward scheme on the site for purchases and various other actions performed. You must have an account and be logged into the account for rewards points to count. Rewards will not be applied to accounts retrospectively. Wild & Rust reserves the right to alter any aspect of the reward scheme at their discretion.

17.2 Wild & Rust reserves the right to withdraw Rewards services at any time from an individual user or from our website as a whole for any reason and without prior notification. Wild & Rust also reserves the right to subtract Loyalty Points from user accounts in instances such as returned or cancelled orders.

18. Promotions, Sale Offers, Discount Codes

18.1. All promotions, sale offers and discount codes are subject to the above terms and conditions of the Wild & Rust website.

18.2. Offers are subject to availability. Offers are only valid until the date stated at the time of publication. Customers who become aware of an offer after having made an order will not be able to claim the offer retroactively. Wild & Rust reserves the right to withdraw offers at any time with no prior warning or notification.

18.3. Redeeming third party coupon codes is the responsibility of the customer and a code must be redeemed by the date stated by said third part companies. Wild & Rust cannot accept discount codes from third party companies that are past their use by date.

18.4 10% OFF for Students, Defence Discount Service & Blue Light cardholders on presentation of a valid ID card in store or by contacting customer service online. (Over 18s only).

19. Variation

19.1 We may revise these terms and conditions from time to time.

19.2 The revised terms and conditions will apply to the use of our website from the date of their publication on the website, and you hereby waive any right you may otherwise have to be notified of, or to consent to, revisions of the terms and conditions. / We will give you written notice of any revision of these terms and conditions, and the revised terms and conditions will apply to the use of our website from the date that we give you such notice; if you do not agree to the revised terms and conditions, you must stop using our website.

All candles sold by Wild & Rust are intended for use at the customer’s own risk. By purchasing and using our candles, you acknowledge and agree that the safe use, storage, and supervision of the product is the sole responsibility of the customer.

Wild & Rust provides candle safety guidance on product labels and accompanying materials for informational purposes only. Customers are responsible for following all safety instructions provided, including but not limited to:

Never leaving a burning candle unattended
Keeping candles away from children, pets, flammable materials, and draughts
Trimming the wick before each use
Not burning candles for longer than the recommended time
Placing candles on a stable, heat-resistant surface

Wild & Rust cannot accept liability for any damage, injury, or loss resulting from the misuse, improper handling, or failure to follow safety guidance once the product has been delivered.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure candles are used in a safe and appropriate environment and in accordance with all provided instructions.
