Shipping & Delivery Policy

At W&R Botanical (operated by DB SALES & MARKETING SERVICES LIMITED), we strive to ensure your physical products, plants, and botanical goods reach you safely and promptly. Please review our delivery options and timescales below.
1. Free UK Delivery
Free UK delivery is available on all standard orders over £75 (excludes bulky items such as large plants and furniture).
We offer next-day dispatch on these orders if placed before 1:00 p.m. (Monday to Friday).
2. Standard Delivery
- Timescale: 3-5 working days.
- Cost: FREE on standard orders over £75. Otherwise, shipping starts at £4.99 up to £15.99, depending on the size and weight of your products.
- Dispatch Time: Orders placed before 1:00 p.m. (Monday to Friday) are dispatched no later than the next working day. Orders placed after 1:00 p.m. or at weekends are dispatched on the following working day.
Note: A signature may be required upon delivery. Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday, excluding bank holidays.
3. Next Day Courier (Currently Unavailable)
Starting at: £14.99
When available, orders placed before 1:00 p.m. (Monday to Friday) are delivered via a 24-hour courier the following working day. A signature is strictly required.
4. Bulk Deliveries (Furniture & Large Plants)
Due to the bulky and fragile nature of our large plants and furniture, we cannot provide a standard national delivery cost at checkout.
- Local Surrey Delivery: For bulk orders within a 15-mile radius of our Surrey dispatch facility, we offer dedicated local delivery. Delivery charges range from £5.99 to £9.99 depending on the exact distance, or FREE for local bulk orders over £200.
- National Courier: For bulk orders outside our local radius, a specialized third-party courier will be used. A bespoke quote will be provided upon ordering based on the item's weight, dimensions, and your postcode.
- Heavy Items: We may require a second person to be present at the delivery address to assist with receiving very heavy items.
- Safe Place: If you are not home, we reserve the right to leave your order with a neighbor or in a designated safe place. Instructions will be left for you.
5. Click & Collect
Customers may wish to collect their orders directly from our Surrey location free of charge. A date and time must be agreed upon in advance. Please contact us at support@dbsalesmarketingserviceslimited.com to arrange your collection slot.
6. International & Saturday Deliveries
- Saturday Delivery: Available upon request. Please contact us directly for a bespoke quote.
- International Delivery: Currently, we only ship internationally upon special request. Please email us for a shipping quote before placing your order.
7. Restrictions and Exceptions
We deliver to most postal areas in the UK. However, courier availability may restrict our service to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isles of Scilly, and the Isle of Man.
- PO Boxes: We reserve the right to refuse delivery if we believe the address is not secure (e.g., communal postal addresses or PO Boxes). We will notify you if this affects your order.
- Remote Areas: For certain remote postcodes, delivery may take between 7-14 days due to limited courier routes.
8. Adverse Conditions and Delays
While we strive to dispatch all parcels promptly, occasionally there may be courier delays outside of our control due to adverse weather conditions or unprecedented logistical disruptions. If your parcel has not arrived within 7 working days of your dispatch email, please contact our support team.
