Shipping & Delivery Policy

DB SALES & MARKETING SERVICES LIMITED delivers physical home fragrance and botanical body care products to the United Kingdom and United States. All prices and payments are in US dollars (USD).

United Kingdom delivery

Standard delivery costs US$6.62 per order. Standard UK delivery is free when the product subtotal after discounts is over US$66.22 (US$66.23 or more). Estimated delivery is 3–5 working days. Remote destinations may take 7–14 days.

United States delivery

Standard delivery costs US$15 per order, with no minimum spend or free-shipping threshold. Estimated arrival is approximately 7 days after ordering. Import duties are included in this shipping charge; we do not ask customers to pay additional import duties on delivery. If a carrier requests an import-duty payment, contact us before paying so that we can resolve it.

Dispatch and tracking

Orders placed before 1:00 p.m. UK time Monday to Friday are dispatched no later than the next working day. Orders placed later or at weekends are processed on the next working day. We send a dispatch confirmation by email and provide tracking where available. Delivery estimates may be affected by public holidays, customs checks or carrier delays.

Destinations and restrictions

Checkout supports delivery addresses in the UK and US. Other countries are not currently available. A product can only be dispatched using a carrier that accepts its contents and the destination. If a carrier or destination restriction prevents fulfilment, we will contact you promptly and refund any unfulfilled items and their applicable delivery charge. We will not substitute a restricted product without your agreement.

Delayed, missing or damaged parcels

Please contact us if your order has not arrived by the estimated date, arrives damaged, or tracking indicates a problem. We remain responsible for delivery until the goods are received by you or your nominated recipient, subject to applicable law. Delivery delays do not remove your statutory cancellation or refund rights.

Taxes and payment

We are not registered for UK VAT and do not charge UK VAT. Delivery charges and any other applicable charges are shown before payment. US import duties are included as described above. Your bank may charge currency conversion fees if your account is not in USD.
