Delivery

Free UK delivery on all orders over £75

(excludes bulky items such as furniture)

We offer free UK delivery on standard orders over £75 with next day dispatch if ordered before 1 p.m. Monday to Friday.

Standard Delivery

3-5 days. FREE on orders over £75 (otherwise starting at £4.99 up to £15.99 depending on size and weight of product)

Orders placed before 1 p.m. Monday to Friday are dispatched no later than the next working day except during bank holidays or over the Christmas period. Orders placed after 1 p.m. or at weekends are dispatched on the following working day. Orders are delivered in the following 3-5 working days excluding Sundays and bank holidays. A signature may be required on delivery.

Next Day + (Not Currently Available)

Starting at only £14.99

Order before 1 p.m. Monday to Friday for delivery via 24-hour courier collection the following working day (Monday to Friday) excluding bank holidays. Orders placed after 1 p.m. on Friday and at weekends are dispatched on Monday and delivered within 2 days. A signature is required on delivery.

Bulk Deliveries or Collection (Furniture/Large Plants)

Due to the bulky and varying nature of our furniture and plant ranges, we are unable to provide a standard delivery cost.

There are several options available to our customers:

1. For all orders within a 10 mile radius of our Store located in Henley-on-Thames. we are pleased to offer a free next day delivery service for bulk orders over £200.
2. For bulk orders under £200 within a 10 mile radius of Henley-on-Thames, there is a small £5.99 local delivery charge in advance, within a 15 mile radius there is a charge of  £7.99 and within a 20 mile radius there is a charge of £9.99, but still delivered next day or on a requested date.
3. For bulk orders further than a 10 mile radius of Henley-on-Thames, a third-party courier will be used and a quote will be provided on ordering based on the specific piece purchased ie it's weight/dimensions and the customer’s preference for date required and the delivery address/postcode.

• Your order will be delivered locally by our Wild & Rust driver. If you have a specified date and time that you would like your delivery made for a special occasion please contact us and we will do our very best to accommodate your requirements, although unfortunately at present we may not be able to guarantee these requests. 
• Due to the bulky nature and weight of fresh plants and large items of furniture we may request a second person is present at the delivery address for very heavy items.
• If a recipient is not home, we reserve the right to leave your order with a neighbour or safe place. Instructions will be left to notify the recipient where to find their delivery.
• Please ensure we have full and correct address details for the recipient to include their phone number. We reserve the right to contact the recipient using the contact details you provide 

1. Customers may wish to collect from our Store in Henley-on-Thames free of charge. A date and time must be agreed in advance – please contact us at info@wildandrust.co.uk to arrange.

Saturday Delivery

We are able to offer a Saturday delivery option on request only and so if you wish to have an item delivered on a Saturday, please contact us directly for a quote.

International Deliveries

We currently offer an International delivery option on request only and so if you wish to have an item delivered internationally, please contact us directly for a quote.

Restrictions and Exceptions

We deliver to most postal areas in the UK including Northern Ireland. However, geographical location and courier availability can restrict our service. We may not always be able to deliver certain products to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly and the Isle of Man.

We do reserve the right not to deliver an order if we believe the address is not secure, for example to a communal postal address or PO box. If this affects an order you place, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Larger Item Delivery Timescales and Charges to Remote Areas

There are a small number of postcodes, usually in remote areas, where we cannot guarantee delivery within our usual timescale and cannot offer next day delivery. Items will usually take between 7- 14 days to deliver, due to limited courier availability in these areas. We or our Courier will call you to arrange delivery after you have placed your order.

Adverse Conditions

Although we strive to have all parcels packed and dispatched within 24 hours of receiving the order, there may occasionally be courier and postal delays outside of our control such as due to adverse weather conditions or government restrictions due to unprecedented circumstances. If your parcel has not arrived within 7 days of ordering it, please contact us at info@wildandrust.co.uk.

Please note that due to the unprecedented impact that Covid-19 has, we are at times experiencing slight delays which may mean your order arrives a little later than planned. We apologise in advance but appreciate your understanding. Thank you.
