At W&R Botanical (operated by DB SALES & MARKETING SERVICES LIMITED), we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our sustainable style and wellbeing products. If you are not entirely happy, we are here to help.
1. 14-Day Right to Cancel (UK Consumer Rights)
In accordance with UK Distance Selling regulations, you have the right to cancel your order and return an item for any reason within 14 days of receiving your goods.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unlit (for candles), unopened (for tea and lotions), and in the same condition that you received it.
It must also be in the original packaging with all seals intact.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our product range, certain items are exempt from being returned:
- Perishable Goods: Live plants and fresh botanical arrangements cannot be returned as they are susceptible to damage and decay during transit.
- Hygiene & Safety Products: For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened hand lotions, skincare products, or loose-leaf tea once the original seal has been broken.
- Gift Cards: All digital or physical gift cards are non-refundable.
3. Damaged or Faulty Goods
We take great care in packaging our fragile items (glass diffusers and candles). If your item arrives damaged or faulty:
- You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@dbsalesmarketingserviceslimited.com.
- You must provide photographic evidence of the damage, including the packaging and the shipping label.
- We will offer a full refund or a replacement at no additional cost to you.
4. Return Shipping
- Change of Mind: If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Tracked Shipping: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we are not liable for items lost in return transit.
5. Processing Your Refund
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (via Stripe) within 5-10 business days.
Please note that original shipping charges are not refundable unless the item was faulty.
